PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project Management is the coordination and control, through sound management practices, of all aspects of the construction project from beginning to end. As the Project Manager, Tekton becomes involved in the early stages to help the client define their needs.

Project Management provides the opportunity for innovation by assembling a team that works together from concept planning through to completion. An integrated approach brings together ideas and concepts that provide creative solutions to owner needs.

As the agent for the client, the Project Manager may also have input into the selection of the architectural and engineering consultants. Once the planning process is completed, a construction program is developed that includes design and the clarification of all facets of construction and budgets. As the Project Manager, our goal is to maximize the potential for innovation.
