Tekton specializes in Project Management of church building projects. Project Management co-ordinates all aspects of the construction project from beginning to end. As the Project Manager, we become involved in the early stages to help in concept-building, budgeting, and defining congregational needs. We can assist in market surveys, location selection, environmental impact studies, and site assessments.

Project Management incorporates all of the benefits of Design-Build by providing the opportunity for innovation and creativity in assembling a team that works together from the inception of a project to its completion. This integrated approach brings together ideas and concepts that translate themselves into innovative solutions to owner requirements. Traditional, prescriptive specifications often limit the potential for innovation.

We also offer general contracting services. We can offer lump sum, "not-to-exceed guaranteed maximum price" services that allow the client to know exactly how much their project will cost.
